Preserving Traditional Wisdom for Modern Kitchens
Arogya Oils was born out of a profound commitment to safeguard ancestral Indian oil-making practices and deliver authentic, wood-pressed oils directly from seed farmers to your table.

Why Modern Refining Broke Our Relationship with Food
In recent decades, industrial oil refining replaced traditional cold-pressing with high-heat extraction, chemical solvents like hexane, and bleaching agents. While this increased shelf life and production speed, it stripped cooking oils of their natural aroma, essential vitamins, and authentic taste.
We started Arogya Oils to reverse this trend. We believed that families deserve unrefined oil extracted exactly as our ancestors crafted it centuries ago.
The Artisanal Wooden Pestle (Mara Chekku)
Our oils are extracted using solid Vaagai wood vats and pestles. Wood acts as a natural heat insulator. As the pestle rotates slowly, it crushes seeds without raising temperatures above ambient levels.
This slow, patient extraction locks in natural vitamin E, plant sterols, unrefined aromas, and rich golden colors that commercial refining destroys.

Partnering Direct with Local Farming Families
Purity begins at the farm. We partner directly with seed growers across Andhra Pradesh and South India, sourcing sun-dried groundnuts, black sesame, river-basin copra, and pungent mustard seeds. By skipping middleman agents, we guarantee fair prices for farmers and uncompromised quality for your family.
Selected non-GMO seeds grown under natural sunshine.
Settled naturally over 48 hours without chemical clarifiers.
Bottled in small batches to deliver maximum fresh shelf life.
